You may of already known about YouTube changing it’s site to there new Cosmic Panda design in the past 10 days. Even tinkered with your browsers coding to enable it early. As of now, however, the new YouTube is available to everyone.

Today the CEO of Facebook Mark Zuckerberg and the CEO of Skype Tony Bates unveiled to the public the new video chat feature powered by Skype will be coming to the social network. Also came was a redesign of the bulky chat system to better fit the new video chat feature.
